I lead the eCommerce Business unit for Builders, under the Walmart Banner. \

Within my role outside of running the day to day operations was to re-define the vision and strategy for the new eCommerce site.

This work entailed taking the product back to 0, fully understanding what customer needs needed to be met, re-platforming the site as well as redesigned it.
